SB1312, Receivership. Derelict buildings; authority of locality to appoint receivers to repair. Sponsored by
Sen. Don McEachin (D-Richmond). The Coalition is pleased to announce that bill has been referred to the Housing Commission for study. There will be no further legislative action on this bill during the General Assembly session.
