HB 1578, Fair Housing Law; unlawful discriminatory practice on applications that are for affordable housing.Sponsored by Del. Rosalyn Dance (D-Petersburg) .

HB1950, Livable home tax credit; increases maximum amount and real estate developers eligible to receive. Sponsored by Del. Ron Villanueva (R-Virginia Beach).

HB2231, Neighborhood Assistance Act; permits trusts to be eligible for income tax credit. Sponsored by
Del. Rich Anderson (R-Woodbridge).

SB786, SAFE Act Revisions. Mortgage loan originator for residential mortgage loan; allows for exception under definition. Sponsored by Sen. John Watkins (R-Midlothian)

SB 830, Fair Housing Law; unlawful discriminatory practice on applications that are for affordable housing. Sponsored by Sen. Mamie Locke (D-Hampton). This is the companion bill to HB1578.

SB1312, Receivership. Derelict buildings; authority of locality to appoint receivers to repair. Sponsored by
Sen. Don McEachin (D-Richmond). The Coalition is pleased to announce that bill has been referred to the Housing Commission for study. There will be no further legislative action on this bill during the General Assembly session.
